How we ship it
Every pre-mixed vial ships cold from the warehouse serving your region and arrives in a plain box. Refrigerate on arrival at 2–8 °C.

Chilled
Vials travel with frozen gel packs inside a sealed foil pouch, which holds temperature for roughly seven days — far longer than the journey needs, so the cold chain has room to spare.

Insulated
The pouch sits inside a wool-lined envelope, so the cold chain survives a normal courier journey.

Discreet
Plain outer box with no branding and nothing on the label that names the contents.
Same-day dispatch
Order before the daily cut-off, Monday to Friday.
Free over $100
Tracked, next business day.
2–8 °C on arrival
Refrigerate as soon as the parcel lands.

KLOW stack: the four components, and what a blend can and cannot do
KLOW is a supplier convention, not a molecule. It names a four-peptide research blend co-formulated in a single vial: KPV, BPC-157, TB-500 and GHK-Cu. It is listed as KLOW, the KLOW blend, KLOW peptide or the KLOW stack, and because the name is a convention rather than a standard, what you are buying is defined entirely by the four components and the amount of each. Two vendors' "KLOW" can differ substantially.
Research use only. Supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. This page covers composition, chemistry, format, quality documentation and storage. It does not describe dosing, administration, or use in humans or animals, and makes no therapeutic claims.
The four components
| component | what it is |
|---|---|
| KPV | A tripeptide — lysine, proline, valine — corresponding to the C-terminal tripeptide of α-MSH |
| BPC-157 | A 15-residue synthetic peptide; sequence corresponds to a partial fragment of a gastric protein. Sold singly as BPC-157 |
| TB-500 | A synthetic fragment of thymosin beta-4, characterised by G-actin binding. Sold singly as TB-500 |
| GHK-Cu | The copper(II) complex of glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine. Sold singly as GHK-Cu |
Ours ships pre-mixed as a single solution, 80mg per vial, with the reusable metal pen and needles in the box, sealed and cold-packed with a batch Certificate of Analysis. Synthesized in the UK; each US batch verified in a US laboratory before release.
What a blend is good for, and what it is not
This is the part most product pages omit.
A co-formulated vial suits a study design that calls for the combination as a unit, and removes four separate reconstitution steps and four opportunities for operator variance.
It does not suit any design where a component needs to vary independently. You cannot adjust one peptide in a sealed co-formulation. If your work requires varying GHK-Cu against a fixed BPC-157, you need the single-compound vials, not this one.
There is also a documentation consequence worth understanding: a blend's COA characterises the co-formulation, not each of the four peptides as separate line items. That is normal and correct for a blended product, but it is less analytical information per compound than four single vials would give you. Buy the blend for convenience of the combination; buy singles when you need per-compound certainty.
KLOW compared with GLOW and Wolverine
Our catalogue carries three blends, and the difference is simply which components are present:
| blend | components |
|---|---|
| Wolverine | BPC-157 + TB-500 |
| GLOW | BPC-157 + TB-500 + GHK-Cu |
| KLOW | KPV + BPC-157 + TB-500 + GHK-Cu |
KLOW is GLOW plus KPV. Wolverine is GLOW without the copper peptide. Nothing else distinguishes them, and any page implying a fourth kind of difference is describing marketing rather than composition.
Pre-mixed, and the identity check that comes free
Because GHK-Cu is present, a correctly complexed KLOW solution is visibly blue. As with the single GHK-Cu vial, that colour is a free, instant sanity check on the copper component — colourless suggests it has not complexed. It does not substitute for the COA, but it costs nothing to look.
Storage
Refrigerate at 2–8°C on arrival, keep sealed and out of light, do not freeze. Record the lot number against the COA library before the outer packaging goes in the bin.
Before buying a KLOW from anyone
- Are all four components and their amounts stated? A blend without a stated composition is not a specification.
- Is the COA batch-specific, with methods named?
- Is the format stated — solution or powder — and at what total concentration?
- Does the supplier distinguish TB-500 (a fragment) from full-length thymosin beta-4?
- Are the claims confined to composition and quality, with no outcome language?
Klow Stack: research FAQs
- What is Klow Stack?
- Klow Stack is a four-compound research set containing the peptides GHK-Cu (50mg), KPV (10mg), BPC-157 (10mg) and TB-500 (10mg), for a total of 80mg. These are short synthetic peptide sequences from families studied in laboratory research, including a copper-binding tripeptide (GHK-Cu), a tripeptide fragment of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone (KPV), and two peptide fragments (BPC-157 and TB-500). It is labelled strictly for in-vitro laboratory research use only.
- What is Klow Stack studied for in research?
- The individual peptides in this set have been investigated in preclinical and cell-based laboratory research across several distinct signalling pathways. Published laboratory work has studied GHK-Cu and BPC-157 in tissue and cellular models, examined KPV as a C-terminal alpha-MSH fragment in in-vitro work relating to inflammatory signalling pathways, and studied TB-500 in cell-based models. Grouping the peptides allows a laboratory to investigate several sequences acting on different pathways within a single research set. These are in-vitro and preclinical research observations only and are not established effects in humans or animals.
- Is Klow Stack legal to buy?
- Yes. The compounds in Klow Stack are legal to purchase and possess for laboratory research purposes. They are not licensed medicines and cannot be sold for human or veterinary consumption, and every order ships labelled for in-vitro research use only.
- What purity is your Klow Stack, and is it lab-tested?
- The peptides in Klow Stack are verified to 99%+ purity by HPLC analysis. The purity figure printed on each batch's Certificate of Analysis is the actual value recorded in the laboratory for that batch, not a generic marketing claim. Each set is synthesised and dispatched from our own UK facility.
- Does Klow Stack come with a Certificate of Analysis?
- Yes. A batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA) ships with every order, documenting the recorded purity for the exact batch supplied. Sample COAs can also be viewed in our COA library before you buy, so you can review the format and testing detail in advance.
- What compounds are in the Klow Stack, and why are they grouped together for research?
- Klow Stack contains four peptides: GHK-Cu (50mg), KPV (10mg), BPC-157 (10mg) and TB-500 (10mg). They are grouped purely as a research convenience, so that a laboratory can obtain and study several peptides that act on different signalling pathways from a single set. The grouping makes no claim about any combined effect; each compound is supplied separately, strictly for in-vitro laboratory research use only.
